Day 1
Guest will be received at Kumarakom Jetty at 4:30 PM.
Warm welcome with a refreshing welcome drink.
The houseboat sets sail, cruising through the serene backwaters of Kumarakom for 2 hours, passing through small canals lined with coconut palms, paddy fields, and local villages. Enjoy the peaceful views of the sunset over Vembanad Lake.
The houseboat will anchor in a peaceful location. The evening is at leisure to relax, soak in the tranquility, or engage in some onboard activities such as fishing.
Tea, coffee, and light snacks (banana fritters, pakoras, etc.) will be served on the open deck.
A traditional Kerala-style dinner will be served onboard, with freshly prepared dishes including fish, chicken, or vegetarian options.
After dinner, overnight stay on the houseboat.
Day 2
The boat begins its morning cruise for 1 hour, passing through the tranquil backwaters and narrow canals, offering a closer look at the local village life, fishermen at work, and beautiful birdlife.
A traditional Kerala breakfast (like idli, dosa, or appam with stew) will be served on board as you continue cruising.
The boat reaches the jetty. Guests will check out, concluding the serene houseboat experience.
