Wake up early morning for a trek to Adam’s Peak also known as Sri Pada. Being your trek in the pre-dawn hours to reach the summit by sunrise. Witness the breathtaking sunrise view from the top of Adam’s Peak. Descend back to Nuwara Eliya. Enjoy a hearty breakfast upon returning to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day exploring Nuwara Eliya town. Visit attractions such as Gregory Lake, Hakgala Botanical Garden, and Seetha Amman Temple. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya. A2,243 meters tall conical mountain considered sacred by various religions. The summit has a distinctive footprint-like hollow, revered by Buddhists as the footprint of Buddha, by Hindus as that of Lord Shiva, by Muslims as Adam's, and by Christians as that of St. Thomas. Pilgrims climb it by night to witness the breathtaking sunrise. While more of a pilgrimage site than a hill station, its base provides a cool, misty starting point for the climb to the summit.
