1. Requirements

1.1. Graduate (Any disciplinary) or has minimum 3 years work experience with Tour Operator

1.2. Reasonably Good in English Language 

1.3. Good Knowledge Microsoft Office Programs

2. Renumeration

2.1. Depending upon their experience and expertise candidates will work as a probationary staff from one month to 3 months. During this period their work will be compensated with a stipend Rs 5000/- to Rs. 7000/-. After the successful completion of probation period they will be employed with a starting gross salary Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 18,000 depends upon their performance

3. Responsibilities & Renumeration

3.1. The Independent Associated Tour Manger (IATM) shall look after the implementation of the Tour Programs on behalf of the company in their allotted territory. IATM will be compensated with approximately 1.5 to 2% of the Tour Cost of the Execution of the Tour Program in their territory for the incoming Tours. For out going tours from the territory IATM will be compensated with 1.5 to 2% of the entire package price depending upon the involvement of IATM in getting the Tourists.
