Requirements

1.3. Sound knowledge of Tourist Places in the requested territory
1.4. Good Communication Skills especially in the Local Language

Responsibilities & Renumeration
3.1. The Independent Associated Tour Manger (IATM) shall look after the implementation of the Tour Programs on behalf of the company in their allotted territory. IATM will be compensated with approximately 1.5 to 2% of the Tour Cost of the Execution of the Tour Program in their territory for the incoming Tours. For out going tours from the territory IATM will be compensated with 1.5 to 2% of the entire package price depending upon the involvement of IATM in getting the Tourists.
